Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) about DiscountStore:
How do I search for a bargain?
There are a few ways:
- Use the Category menu to the left.
- Use the search box at the top.
- Use the search by type menu to the left.
- Stumble upon a discount while browsing the site!
Ok, now how do I enter the codes to get discounts?
Ok, when you are at the site that has the discount, look for a box during checkout or before
checkout that mentions something about discount code, or promotional codes. Just enter the discount code that is on the small popup window, or from the DiscountStore.com deal details page.
Once entered, you will get the discount, either during checkout, or immediately!
Do I actually buy stuff through DiscountStore.com??
Nope! We just find the best deals around the net, and place links to those deals on our site. We
let the other companies deal with inventory, dotbombing, etc... =)
Who should I contact about an expired coupon?
Just use the contact us button on top of the page, and drop us a note, and we will kill the coupon
code as soon as we verify that its as dead as a caveman.
I can't see the discount viewer, what's wrong?
When you click on the "View" link for a discount, or various other links, you will be redirected to the location where the discount can be redeemed, and a popup window should appear with that discount's information. If the pop-up window isn't displaying for you, it could be because you have a pop-up blocker running. The simplest thing to do is turn it off. Most popup-blockers allow you to press an extra key of some kind to temporarily ignore the effects - you should be able to hold CTRL when clicking the link and it will allow the popup window.
